Get to know Francesca Redoano
Francesca Redoano, a duly licensed Italian attorney, holds a Master’s degree in Business and Corporate Law. She specializes in civil, commercial and corporate law, with particular expertise regarding startups, SMEs, scaleups and internationalization. She provides legal assistance to both founders and VCs.
Francesca collaborates with Carr & Ferrell LLP, the prestigious Silicon Valley IP, corporate and litigation law firm, where she periodically spends time as an international attorney in residence servicing her clients and furthering her legal education.
A Lecturer for various university masters programs, she also conducts training seminars for both lawyers and entrepreneurs. As an active collaborator in the “The law of close corporations in the broader European regulatory competition: a view from the Euregio” research project conducted by the Universities of Bolzano, Trento and Innsbruck, Francesca and her colleagues compare Italian, European and US contractual rules and practices, regarding innovative close corporations.
An Expert in charge of Filse Spa in Genoa, Italy –a financial regional entity for economic development, as part of the Start & Growth project-She serves as a partner of SMARTcup Liguria. Francesca also works with and advises various incubators.
